Face-to-Face 1:1 Sessions
Based in Brentwood, Essex. Personalised face-to-face educational sessions designed around your childâs interests, strengths and individual needs. Through creative activities, games, conversations and hands-on learning, children explore emotions while developing practical strategies they can use in everyday life.
Face-to-Face Group Sessions
Based in Brentwood, Essex. Fun, engaging group sessions where children explore emotions through creative activities, games, discussion and hands-on learning in a welcoming, pressure-free environment.
Online 1:1 Zoom Sessions
Personalised online educational sessions designed around your childâs interests, strengths and individual needs. Through creative activities, games, conversations and practical learning, children explore emotions and develop skills they can use in everyday life - all from the comfort of home.
Online Group Sessions
Home Education and After-School groups available. Interactive online group sessions where children learn and explore different wellbeing topics through games, creative activities and practical learning. Cameras are optional and microphones remain muted, allowing every child to participate in the way that feels right for them.
Small Face-to-Face Groups
Small, relaxed groups with a maximum of 4 children, based in Brentwood, Essex. Sessions include lots of hands-on learning, games and creative activities as children explore emotions, wellbeing and practical strategies together. Children have the chance to explore important topics in a small group setting. Home Education and After-School groups available.
