Mindfulness doesn’t have to mean sitting still, closing your eyes or being quiet. 💜
My 4-week Mindfulness & Relaxation 1:1 Programme is about making mindfulness fun, practical and something children can actually use in everyday life through games, movement, creative activities and mindful experiences.
Because telling a child to “calm down”, “focus” or “relax” is one thing — giving them ways to actually do it is another. 🌈
