🎃 WORRY ISN’T THE BOSS OF ME — HALLOWEEN SPECIAL! 👻 A fun, hands-on Halloween session exploring worry, “what if?” thoughts, body clues and ways to feel calmer and find our courage. 💜 Children will take part in: 🎃 What’s Behind My Pumpkin Face? 👻 Feed the Fact Monster 🕸️ My Worry Web 🧪 Make a Halloween Sensory Bottle to take home 🌬️ Calming techniques 🎃 Courage Pumpkin Challenge 🧘 Guided meditation Children will discover that worry is our brain trying to protect us — but worry doesn’t have to make our decisions for us! 🎃 Halloween fancy dress welcome! 📅 Wednesday 28th October ⏰ 12.45–2.15pm 📍 Pilgrims Hatch Parish Rooms, CM15 9RS 💷 £12 per child

Class bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact Spark & Settle as soon as possible. I will do my best to offer your space to another family, including anyone on the waiting list. If the space can be filled, a refund can be arranged.
