CALM FOR CHRISTMAS 🎄 Christmas can be magical and exciting… but it can also bring LOTS of different feelings! ❤️ Excitement, happiness, impatience, worry, disappointment, frustration, overwhelm and everything in between. In this special 1-hour Spark & Settle small group session, children will explore the different emotions Christmas can bring through games, discussion and hands-on activities, while learning that there is no right or wrong way to feel at Christmas. 🎁 Play our Christmas Feelings Parcel game and explore how different Christmas situations can make us feel. ☃️ Make their own 3D Christmas Feelings Snowman, complete with interchangeable emotion faces so they can continue using it throughout December to show how they’re feeling. 🎄 Create their own Christmas sensory squish bag, a calming sensory tool they can use throughout the festive season when their feelings start to feel a little too much. Children will take both their Christmas Feelings Snowman and sensory squish bag home to continue using after the session. ❤️ ✨ 1-hour small group session ✨ Fun, hands-on and supportive ✨ Limited spaces available Christmas can bring lots of different feelings — and every one of them is welcome. 🎄❤️ 🎄 Session Details 📅 Tuesday 1st December 2026 ⏰ 10-11am 💷 £12 per child 💜 Maximum 4 children 📍 Brentwood, Essex 🏡 Location: Sessions take place in my home in Brentwood. The full address will be provided to families who book. 🐾 Please note: I have animals in my home, but my dog will be safely away during the session. 🎅 Spaces are limited – booking is essential!
